Millwater Pop-up sessions

Millwater pop-up sessions at Stoney Homestead
The local board decided not to support us staying at the campground, so we've moved quickly to find a new home for our community sauna sessions. The Stoney Homestead board reached out and offered us their space, and we're really grateful. The Stoney Homestead (also known as the Stoney House) is a historic 19th-century farmhouse located at 12 Galbraith Greens, Millwater.
It's a beautiful spot with a outlook on Orewa town and the estuary. There's room for our wood-fired sauna, our cold plunges will be there, and there are toilets and plenty of easy parking nearby.
When
We start this Sunday the 8th November with our first sauna sessions from 12.00pm--7.00pm. We're also looking at adding Sunday mornings with Yoga + Sauna, and a Wednesday or Friday session, so watch this space.
If you're after a place to sauna, cold plunge, recalibrate and catch up with friends, come and join us. It makes for a beautiful Sunday.
Parking
Please be kind to the neighbours and leave their street parking for residents. The red blocks on the parking photo below show where to park and the easy walk up to the space
.
Our next home
We've applied for beachfront sites at Arundel Reserve and by the Orewa Surf Club. If you'd like to help, please contact the Hibiscus and Bays Local Board and let them know you support us.
