Here’s how to purchase one:

2. Choose your voucher amount
Select a preset value or enter an amount that feels right for the person you’re gifting it to.
3. Tell us who the voucher is for
Choose whether you’d like to send this as a gift or add to your own account. If you add it to your own account, then you can send it to the recipient at a later moment.
4. Add recipient details
If the voucher is going straight to the recipient, enter their name and email. You can also select a future date when you would like to send the voucher, for example so it arrives on someone's actual birthday.
5. Add a message
A few simple words can make this gift feel even more intentional.
6. Complete payment
Checkout securely through Fresha. Once completed, your digital voucher will be emailed instantly.
7. (Optional) Print the voucher
Download our PDF document and print it if gifting by hand. The voucher code that is on your confirmation email is what will be needed to redeem.

At our Sauna locations we also have paper gift cards, which come in an A5 envelope and make a lovely gift for example for underneath the Christmas tree.

How to Redeem a Gift Voucher
If someone has gifted you a voucher — welcome. Your moment of warmth awaits. Here’s how to turn your voucher into credit on your Fresha profile so you can book your session when the time feels right.
1. Open our Fresha booking page
Head to Sauna Collective on Fresha.
2. Log into your account
Use the same email address where you received your voucher.
If you don’t have an account yet, create one using that email so your voucher can link correctly.
3. Open your Fresha wallet
Click on your profile icon and find Wallet or Gift Cards.
4. Select “Redeem Gift Card”
This option lets you add the value of your voucher to your account.
5. Enter the unique voucher code
Find the code on your digital or printed voucher and enter it into the field provided.
6. Confirm redemption
Once accepted, the full amount will appear as credit in your wallet.
7. Book your sauna session
Choose your preferred session and head to checkout.
Your credit will automatically display as a payment option.
8. Enjoy the heat, the quiet, the space
Your credit is ready to use — simply book when your body and life call for a moment of warmth.
